Serving Suggestion:

  1.  Preparing the dough: Knead dough with lukewarm water and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  2. The prepared dough can be divided into appropriately sized balls for rolling.
  3. Preparing the kulcha stuffing: Boiled potatoes, chopped onions or grated paneer can be mixed with fresh coriander or methi leaves and condiments of your choice.
  4. Fill the stuffing into dough balls and roll with soft hands. Stick black onion seeds on rolled kulchas.
  5. The rolled kulchas can be cooked on tawa or tandoor. [Alternatively, can also be baked in a preheated oven for 10-15 min at 180-degree Celsius and then roasted on gas stove flame for a few seconds.]
  6. Serve hot kulchas with a dollop of butter on top.
