Serving Suggestion:
- Preparing the batter: Blend 1 cup of Zero-G CTBM with ¾ cup of ice-cold water. Keep the blended batter bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice.
- Cut and prepare vegetables or seafood in appropriate size for frying. Also pat them dry with paper towels.
- Pour enough oil in a wok/ skillet/ pan for deep-frying and allow it to reach 180 degrees C.
- Dip one piece at a time and gently slide into skillet and fry it for 2-4 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Fry it in small batches of 4 to 6 pieces at a time.
- Serve it hot with gluten-free soy sauce and other condiments.
