Recommended usage / Recipe for Gluten-free Bread: :Ingredients: Zero-G Bread Mix - 500g, Active Yeast - 20g, Hot Water (98-degree F) - 333 ml, Oil - 22.5 ml. Method: Take 500 g of Zero-G bread mix. Empty the contents in a large bowl. Heat water to 37 deg. C and mix yeast in it. Add water to the bread mix in the bowl along with oil. Mix everything together with and knead it well. Leave the dough for 20 minutes in a warm corner. Knock it once with damp hands and shape it and leave for half an hour in the baking pan. Put the pan in oven (preheated for 15 minutes @ 100 deg. C). Bake it for 25 minutes @ 225 deg. C. Slice Loaf only after it has cooled down sufficiently. (In winters – Transfer the prepared dough to a baking pan and prove it @ 100 deg. In high humidity environment for 60 minutes and then bake it for 25 minutes @ 225 deg. C)
