Serving Suggestions:: For Short duration Game [lasting 60 minutes or less] or training: Add a scoop (16.5g) to 250ml of chilled water, stir well to mix. Keep sipping the prepared drink during your game/ training to prevent dehydration and to keep energy levels up. For Longer game & training: Add two scoops (33g) to 500 ml of chilled water, stir well and mix. For Team Sports: Mix contents of this pack (1.2 kg) with 18ltrs of chilled water and mix well to prepare the Sports Isotonic Drink for a large group of players.
